I had a blast with you guys last night at Italy Nite! And we enjoyed great food, thanks to the hard work of several individuals, particularly Sandy Gudelsky (lasagna and salad) and Sherry Brooks (dessert). The thing that stinks for all the rest of you Crossroads Crew is that I get to have Sandy cook for me almost every Sunday... And You Don't!! HAHAHA! Love That!
She's easily one of the best cooks I've been priveledged to taste food from, and my wife will attest, there have been many cooks.
Boy do I love to eat. In fact, I hate side dishes(except mashed potatoes) for the simple fact that they take away from the main course! Rock on Lazagna Queen! More Lazagna, less salad!!
