This coming Wednesday in Crossroads we begin a series entitled 'Attractive Body'. We're taking a look at how we can honor God through various parts of the body. First up: eyes. What attracts your attention throughout the day, and what does the Bible say we should look at? An eye-opening evening September 27th.

PS-Crossroads Classic and Crossroads Couples are meeting tonight at 7 pm! See you there!

I wanna go on the corn maze....but I can't. What do you have planned for November??? Just so everyone knows, I will be returning to Wisconsin on Monday November 6th. And I will be making my first appearance at the church on Wednesday November 8th. I can't wait to see all of you...5 weeks and counting!!! -Eric

planned for november? are you kidding... i don't think we've ever had that kind of notice for anything we've ever done! hehe

Amy's right. I think people would appreciate some advanced notice on some of the events going on in Crossroads. We heard about the Missions Banquet a few weeks ago. Both the maze and the banquet are the same day and we're only finding out about the maze now.

i wasn't trying to bring up a topic of debate... i was just teasing eric- cause he should know that we don't plan things that far out. i think it's part of our generation- we are a procrastination generation. nothing wrong with it necessarily... but know that more people could probably plan on attention crossroads functions if we had a bit more time of awareness. i think that 2 weeks of notice works out great... and the fact that the maze is to follow the banquet will hopefully get more people to attend both functions!
oh and is there any way that perhaps we could make the corn maze a crossroads/singles event? i'm sure it's something people in singles would love to do! (plus some unity within the body is always a bonus)

FYI "anonymous", you can read about most events on the bullitin board. Granted, not everything is up there, but as things get planned, we usually have a couple weeks notice.

Amy's right, two weeks is great. If anyone is planning their days ahead of that, you may need to be less serious! :)
