Operation Christmas 2005

Operation Christmas kicked off last night as many Crossroaders worked on making ornaments with gift requests. Through this outreach we will be providing for apx. 30 families this Christmas. Don't miss out on being a part of this incredible event. Thanks goes to Heidi Van Weelden for heading up this project.

Coming this Friday @ 7pm!

Join Mike Ganiere this week as we look at the difference between people who lack, and people who overflow. It's the difference between the glass being half empty or half full, and determines the extent to which God can use us. We'll be studying the prophet Elijah's encounter with a poor widow, and the lessons from the un-ending jar of oil! Only in Crossroads this Wednesday at 7!

Tuesday, November 08, 2005

As you look over your life, which word better describes your situation: overflow or lack? Each person has areas in which they lack, and God's word has much to say about lack in the life of the believer! Come be challenged this Wednesday at 7pm as we explore lack!

Sad News...

Back in August, Crossroads Sunday school went through the book 'Understanding God's Will'. The author of that book, pictured above on the left, Kyle Lake, died Sunday as he was electrecuted at a baptism service. Please keep this young pastor's family and church in your prayers. Last Friday morning 7 of us headed to MATC for a little 'trick or treat', handing out invites to the upcoming drama, along with candy. We spoke to around 280 individuals, so be praying this week for the seeds that were planted. Crossroads will be in the Sanctuary this Wednesday, so I look forward to seeing you and a friend at 7 p.m.!

Join us Wednesday, October 19 at 7pm as we continue to look at what our new lives will be like in Heaven? Will we be capable of sinning? Will we sleep? Will we be married, and will there be families? Finally, will there be sex? All these critically important issues to be explored Wednesday!
